Trafitec is the company of the Lucefin Group devoted to the production of drawn, peeled and ground bars in stainless steel and special steel; recently established, it is already renown and recognized for its quick growth and high level skills.

The main types of stainless steels – austenitic, martensitic, ferritic and duplex – represent the value and efficiency of the factory, which is equipped with high level drawing, peeling and grinding equipment.

Trafitec produces drawn coils (from 4.50 up to 16.00 mm), drawn round bars (from 3.00 up to 30.00 mm), drawn square and hexagonal bars (from 8.00 up to 60.00 mm), peeled round bars (from 20.00 up to 100.00 mm) and ground round bars (from 3.00 up to 100.00 mm); furthermore, Trafitec performs other special types of machining with particular and specific to satisfy every demand.

Trafitec’s strong point is its being one of the rare industrial furnaces capable to carry out annealing for magnetic uses on cold-working materials through drawing and grinding.

Its offer includes: non-destructive checks as circograph, defectomat, ultra-sound and anti-mixing.
